What You’ll Do:

• Operate and monitor industrial ovens/furnaces to achieve precise heat-treating specifications
• Load and unload products following strict timing and temperature protocols
• Program and adjust temperature controls to meet various product requirements
• Monitor heating cycles and cooling processes
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet heat treatment specifications
• Document temperature readings, cycle times, and product data
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE
• Collaborate with team members to maintain production flow

What You’ll Need:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Manufacturing or industrial experience preferred but not required-OJT
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise procedures
• Basic computer skills for operating digital control systems
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle materials
• Reliable attendance and willingness to work shifts
• Good communication skills and team-oriented mindset
• Basic math skills for temperature and timing calculations
