Jockey Driver – Class A CDL (5859507)

Our client, a leading organization in the logistics and transportation industry, is seeking a Jockey Driver (CDL Class A) to join their dedicated team. As a Jockey Driver (CDL Class A), you will be an essential part of the operations supporting the efficient movement of trailers and raw materials. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Jockey Driver (CDL Class A)

Location: Johnstown, PA

Pay Range: $52936 – $52936

Shift: Multiple shifts available, including nights and weekends

What’s the Job?

Perform extensive yard checks at the beginning of each shift to ensure safety and readiness
Organize and maintain a clean and efficient work area daily
Fill out Vehicle Condition Reports and process related paperwork accurately
Maintain trailer inventories and track raw material deliveries effectively
Move trailers on and off docks promptly to support seamless operations

What’s Needed?

Must be at least 18 years of age
Possess a valid CDL Class A driver’s license
Ability to work up to 12 hours per day
Physical capability to push, pull, and lift 50-100 lbs. frequently
Willingness to undergo ergonomic physical testing and work all shifts including weekends
