Our client, a leader in the food production industry, is seeking a dedicated and motivated Shift Manager to join their team. As a Shift Manager, you will be an integral part of the production department supporting operational excellence and safety standards. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to quality, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Shift Manager

Location: Allenwood, PA

Pay Rate: $75,000

Shift: 11 pm – 7:30 am, transitioning to a 2-2-3 schedule

What’s the Job?

• Oversee all aspects of production during assigned shift, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and customer service standards.
• Lead and motivate the shift team to maintain a safe, efficient, and high-quality work environment.
• Monitor production schedules and promptly resolve any issues related to production, quality, or safety.
• Ensure adherence to food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and product quality standards.
• Collaborate with support departments and accept ownership and accountability for shift outcomes.
