MyPath is all about addressing the skills gap. MyPath is a set of career resource tools designed for our candidates and associates to help them stay relevant, no matter the changes. In this economy, people are going into severe debt to obtain the education needed to stay relevant in the job market and go beyond living paycheck to paycheck. We fundamentally don’t believe this is right and want to alleviate the cost associated with getting a degree through our partnership with Western International University (West) to deliver the full college tuition coverage program.
